Dr Leigh's

dream come true

“I have always wanted my own practice & to make a difference.”

My husband and I bought this house back in 2018 with the clear vision of finally opening my own practice. As is often the case, life threw a few unexpected curveballs our way, and the journey has taken us a little longer than we initially planned. However, we never gave up on that dream. We poured our hearts into the space, continuing to do the renovations ourselves, tackling it project by project. We worked incredibly hard to breathe new life into these walls to create The Robin House, and looking back at the journey, we are so deeply proud of what we have accomplished.

The name, The Robin House, holds a very special meaning to me—it is in loving memory of my father. Over the years, the Cape Robin bird has always seemed to appear to me right when I needed a guiding sign or simply wanted to feel my father’s presence nearby. The name felt like the perfect way to keep his spirit woven into our everyday work.

Looking to the future, The Robin House hopes to become a true pillar of the community. We are deeply passionate about aiding in outreach work with The Animal Guardians, and we have big plans on the horizon for making a lasting, positive difference for the four-legged, and other, friends in our area.
